Refund and Return Policy

📦 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Every successful order is assigned a unique Order Number and Tracking Number.

  • The tracking number will be sent to you via Email and/or WhatsApp after payment confirmation.

  • Customers are encouraged to keep their order number for reference when making inquiries, tracking deliveries, or requesting returns.


✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is expired

  • The wrong product was delivered

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received.

  • For hygiene and quality control reasons, opened or perishable drink items cannot be returned.


💸 Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • You may choose a replacement product or store credit instead of a refund.


🚚 Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your Order Number and Tracking Number.

  3. State your reason for return.

  4. Attach a clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

  5. Our support team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
