Every successful order is assigned a unique Order Number and Tracking Number.
The tracking number will be sent to you via Email and/or WhatsApp after payment confirmation.
Customers are encouraged to keep their order number for reference when making inquiries, tracking deliveries, or requesting returns.

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

To qualify for a return:
